Due-diligence tooling for investment professionals

Due diligence you can trace to the source.

Verdikt analyzes a company’s documents once, links every figure and claim to its originating page, and withholds conclusions until the available evidence supports them. One analysis. Three reading surfaces. Nothing presented beyond what the documents can substantiate.

Trust starts with evidence

The faster the output, the more it needs checking.

Investment decisions depend on information that can withstand scrutiny. Yet most AI tools optimize for speed, producing confident narratives that require analysts to verify every important detail themselves.

That creates a second layer of work. The faster the output, the more time is spent checking whether it can be trusted.

Verdikt is built differently. It treats source material as the system of record. Every statement is linked to its evidence. Every calculation is reproducible. Every conclusion remains provisional until corroboration reaches a defined threshold.

Not reports from prompts. An evidence layer beneath every analysis.

Verdikt does not generate reports from prompts. It builds a structured evidence layer beneath every analysis. Documents become linked claims, financial data becomes reproducible calculations, and every conclusion inherits the confidence of the evidence beneath it.

The result is a diligence process that can be audited, challenged, and extended without repeating the underlying work.

Every claim has provenance

Missing evidence is treated as missing evidence.

Every factual statement carries its source document, page reference, and evidence status. When multiple sources agree, confidence increases. When they conflict, the disagreement is surfaced. When evidence is incomplete, the system leaves the question open instead of filling the gap.

Under-claiming is intentional.

Evidence states

  • Corroborated (independent sources agree)
  • Sourced (traces to a source span)
  • Management asserted (cited, not yet corroborated)
  • Conflicting (sources disagree)
  • Requires analyst review (escalated to a human)

Each reading surface applies its own release threshold. Reports remain in DRAFT until sufficient corroboration has been achieved.

Analysis, separated from presentation.

Traditional workflows recreate the same understanding for every deliverable. Verdikt separates analysis from presentation.

A company is analyzed once. Every reading surface projects from that single evidence graph. If deeper work is required, the underlying analysis expands before every output is regenerated from the same foundation.

The result is less duplicated work and a single version of the truth that every output can be checked against.

The repeated structured work, made reusable.

The platform performs the structured work analysts repeat on every transaction. These become reusable analytical components instead of one-off report sections, so analysts spend less time reconstructing facts and more time evaluating businesses.

The depth you need, at the altitude you have time for.

Three reading surfaces, one source of truth: triage in minutes, a decision-grade summary, and the full investment record, all projected from the same evidence graph shown at left.

A concise investment view for initial screening. The essential findings, key risks, and supporting evidence in minutes.

Partner-ready · full record

A complete investment record. Scenario analysis, sector context, financial modelling, and supporting evidence compiled into a partner-ready document generated from the same underlying analysis.

Confidence gate

Built for firms that carry investment risk.

Whether reviewing public companies, private transactions, or credit opportunities, the challenge remains the same. Decisions are only as reliable as the evidence behind them. Verdikt provides a common evidence layer, allowing every conclusion to be traced back to its source.

Designed for regulated environments

Security is infrastructure, not policy.

Sensitive documents require predictable handling. Persistent data remains within UK infrastructure. Document inference runs through EU-hosted services. Storage never leaves the configured region, and access controls are designed for environments where material non-public information must be protected.

Outcomes that compound

The evidence layer grows stronger, not rebuilt.

  • One analysis replaces repeated reading.
  • Every report references the same evidence.
  • Every figure can be verified.
  • Every conclusion can be defended.
  • As diligence deepens, the evidence layer grows stronger rather than being rebuilt.

Built for investment professionals who need to trust what they read

Verdikt collates the evidence before it draws a conclusion, and holds that conclusion open until the evidence actually supports it.

See the verdict, and the evidence it stands on.
